These sustainably sourced, 100% cotton hammocks were grown, hand loomed, dyed and woven by the indigenous craftswomen in San Jacinto, Columbia. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind creation and can take up to 90 days to weave. Most of the colors are dynamic and, therefore, dyes are not completely color safe, so best not to leave them out in inclement weather. However, sun- faded dyes have their own kind of beauty and elegance, exemplifying a life well-lived outdoors.
The brown and black hand-woven hammocks are a durable, color-safe acrylic fiber blend and will not bleed or fade as readily, though the mountain sun is persistent and will fade anything over time!
